Five Little Stones Learning Center was started in 2017. It was the dream of founders, Annette Munsell and Andrea Filbrun, to create a learning center where learning was student-based and designed around each student’s individual strengths. We wanted to provide a fun, positive, nurturing atmosphere for these children to learn and grow.

 

It was also very important to us that the parents of our students feel respected. The parents are the experts when it comes to their child and we value their knowledge and want to work alongside them to provide the best education for their child. Before each school year begins, we meet with every set of parents to talk about their hopes and dreams for their child. Some of the parents have specific goals they want their child to work on along with the other academic and life skill goals we have chosen.
